Blogisattva Mark II
Friday February 2, 2007

Yes, folks, it’s that time of year again – time, that is to say, for the annual equivalent of the Oscars for English-language, Buddhist-flavoured blogs: the Blogisattva Awards. This year the Awards have their own website which can be found here, and will be judged by a committee of wise, learned and wholly incorruptible individuals.
ThinkBuddha is once again up for four awards for Best Post (a long piece about travelling in Pakistan), Best Achievement in Skilled Writing, Best Achievement in Blogging Opinion Pieces or about Political Issues (opinions, eh?I’m never short of those…), and Best Blog.
There are many fine writers in the shortlist, so pay a visit to the Blogisattva site and have a browse through some of the other shortlisted folk. Time to update my links list, I think…

Excellent, Will. I do hope some of your readers check out the wonderful blogs nommed this year. AND that readers of other blogs are directed to the list of Blogisattva nominations and there find thinkBuddha to first begin to sample its many delights.
